Font

for my magazine i decided to download fonts from DAFONT.COM to make sure that every little detail of my magazine is perfect to how i want them.

The fonts i downloaded are
JAILBIRDJENNA and  JUICE

I felt these fonts captured the essence of my magazine and reflect the edginess. in contrast to these fonts, which are a bit rebellious and different. i also decided to use the font ORATOR STD. This is because i felt that its a more classy font showing the elegant and glossy side of my magazine. i feel the contrast of the fonts helps to show the contrast of the indie and pop theme in my magazine. also it shows the audience that they should expect the unexpected and that my magazine is unique. I feel the classy, lean font is really effective next to the other two and this is really important.

for all the magazines that i would create, the font ORATOR STD would be consistent throughout my magazine. I want my magazine to be very stylized so depending on the theme of my magazine the other two fonts would vary. The magazine i've created seems quite rock chick therefore i feel my contrasting fonts are very suitable.
